Common Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED

How quickly can you serve documents?

We offer same-day service for urgent matters across all major cities. Standard service is typically completed within 1–3 business days. Timeframes depend on location and the respondent's availability.

What happens if the person cannot be found?

If personal service cannot be effected after reasonable attempts, we will advise you and discuss alternatives such as substituted service. We can also assist with skip tracing to locate the respondent.

Do you serve documents interstate?

Yes. We serve documents Australia-wide including all capital cities and rural areas. Interstate service is subject to the relevant state's court rules, which we are fully familiar with.

What is an Affidavit of Service?

An Affidavit of Service is a sworn statement by our process server documenting the details of the service — who was served, when, where, and how. It is a legally required document for most court proceedings.

Can you serve documents on a company or business?

Yes. We can effect service on corporations, partnerships, and businesses in accordance with the relevant legislation, including service on a registered office or an officer of the company.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT) and credit card. An invoice will be provided upon completion of service. For regular clients, account terms are available.
